Getting Started
Our Process
1. Submit referral or contact form
2. Intake call within 24–48 hours
3. Eligibility review
4. Service authorization
5. Services begin
Services are community-based and individualized, typically 2–5 sessions per week at job sites or in the community.

Real Life Example: A participant interested in retail may receive support applying for jobs, preparing for interviews, and receiving coaching at their job site until independent.
