Hope & Ability Workforce Foundation is the nonprofit sister organization of Hope & Ability Community Services. Our mission is to support individuals with disabilities and underserved community members by providing workforce readiness resources, professional development support, and access to tools that help individuals successfully obtain and maintain employment.
What We Offer
Programs That Matter
Interview Closet Program
Our Interview Closet provides individuals with access to professional clothing needed for job interviews and employment. This includes suits, blazers, dress shirts, slacks, shoes, and accessories. Many individuals face barriers to employment due to lack of appropriate attire, and this program ensures they can present themselves confidently and professionally.
Computer Lab Access
We provide access to computers and internet resources for individuals who may not have the tools needed to search and apply for jobs. This includes resume creation, job applications, and online training opportunities. Access to technology is a critical step in achieving employment, and this program helps close that gap.
Job Readiness Workshops
Our workshops focus on preparing individuals for the workforce by teaching essential skills such as resume writing, interview preparation, workplace communication, time management, and professional behavior. These sessions are designed to build confidence and improve employment outcomes.
Community Inclusion & Engagement
We support individuals in becoming more active and independent within their communities. This includes participation in community activities, skill-building opportunities, and social engagement that promotes confidence, independence, and overall well-being.

Removing Barriers
Many individuals with disabilities face significant barriers to employment, including limited access to transportation, professional clothing, technology, and job readiness resources. Without these essential supports, it becomes difficult to secure and maintain employment.
