Encourage Career Development at Hope & Ability Workforce Foundation
Hope & Ability Workforce Foundation is the nonprofit sister organization of Hope & Ability Community Services, focused on expanding access to employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and underserved communities. We provide practical support that helps people prepare for, secure, and succeed in the workplace by addressing real-world barriers that often stand in the way of employment.
Through initiatives like our Interview Closet, computer lab access, job readiness workshops, and community engagement programs, we equip individuals with the tools, skills, and confidence needed to move forward. Our work is rooted in the belief that access creates opportunity, and opportunity creates lasting independence.
